Video submission

Participants must record a video of up to 3 minutes presenting their game (.mov or .mp4 format). The video must be uploaded to YouTube or Google Drive as a public link.

Concept submission

In addition to the video, participants must submit a text of up to 500 characters explaining their idea so the judges can understand the project.

Group submission

If the project is a team effort, all members must submit the same video link and text on the platform.

Project preparation

All content, including the video and text, must be in English to be evaluated by the judges.

The opening announcement can be watched live or as a recorded session. Once you register, you will gain access to Full Sail’s online platform.

How can I register?

You can participate individually or in teams of up to 5 people. Registration must be done individually, and teams will be formed automatically based on the submitted projects.

All team members must submit the same video link and a descriptive paragraph of up to 500 characters on the digital platform

How will I get my certificate?

Participants who complete all event requirements will receive a digital certificate through the platform.

To be eligible, you must submit your project on time and meet the necessary criteria. Details on how to access your certificate will be provided after the event.

Do I need to develop a complete game?

No! The main goal of the Game Jam is to create a pitch for a digital game—a clear and creative presentation of your idea.

If you want, you can include prototypes or illustrations to enhance your proposal, but developing a playable game is not required.

How should the project be submitted?

All project content, including the descriptive text and presentation video, must be entirely in English. A video of up to 3 minutes must be published on YouTube or Google Drive as a public link.

Additionally, both the video and a 500-character descriptive paragraph must be submitted through our digital platform.

Do I need to record myself to present the project?

You don’t need to appear in the video, but your pitch must be clear. The video can include narration, animations, gameplay, or any other format to showcase your idea.

You have the freedom to choose the best way to present your project and make it engaging for the judges.

Can I participate even if my school is not a Full Sail University partner?

Currently, only students from Full Sail partner schools can participate.
