FAQ
Who is the TPD Mentorship Meant For?
The TPD mentorship is designed for educators who successfully completed TPD
2024 and are eager to continue their engagement with the program from a mentor's
perspective. This opportunity is ideal for those who wish to support their peers and
deepen their professional growth within TPD.
What is the Schedule Like?
The mentorship program aligns with the TPD 2025 calendar, allowing mentors to
stay in sync with participants. Mentors are required to complete two preparatory
modules prior to the TPD 2025 start: one focused on effective feedback techniques
and a new module on digital literacy, introduced in the 2025 edition.
What Are the Mentor's Responsibilities?
Mentors will provide constructive feedback on projects submitted by TPD 2025
participants. Using the RISE model, mentors must submit written feedback within the
specified deadlines. Additionally, each mentor will create a short (up to 1-minute)
feedback video, to be presented during the program's wrap-up call.
Is There Financial Compensation for Mentors?
The mentorship program is voluntary and does not offer financial compensation.
Instead, mentors gain valuable experience, professional connections, and the
rewarding opportunity to support fellow educators.
