The Creative Economy is growing rapidly and with so many opportunities there are
being developed for professionals who wish to work in the development of Audiovisual Production!
The purpose of this program is to start the learning of high school students in the area of video production!
In this course, we will go through all the stages of pre-production, production and post-production of a video, and students
participants will be challenged to produce a video of up to 3 minutes in length using all the knowledge
acquired during this journey.

Language: The program is available in English, without translation.
Total hours of dedication: 20 hours (4 hours of synchronous classes, 6 hours of asynchronous classes, 10 hours of dedication to project development and tasks).
Course format: The course contains four calls to action and the rest of the content is available on the Full Sail platform in video format. With each video, participants find exercises they must complete that help them develop their final projects.
Student support: Students will be offered support through a whatsapp group. Support will be given in English.
Objective of the program: To enable each participating student to develop a video thinking about all stages of its production in a structured way and close to what a professional in the area would do.
Costs: There is no cost to the school or the student. All software used in the program is free.
Reports: The school will be provided with periodic reports on the development of its students enrolled in the program.
Certificate: Certification will be offered to students who fulfill all program activities including the submission of a video.
Who is the Careers of the Future program for?
For high school students, preferably students who have gone through the Careers of the Future program at Full Sail University and have identified themselves with the Film & Television area.
Where does the show take place?
The program will last for 4 months, and will take place in a hybrid way, via Zoom Webinar, with 4 synchronous classes and 6 hours of asynchronous classes.
Class Formation
A class will be offered in the first half of 2023. All students in the class will attend synchronous classes together and must develop asynchronous activities according to the activities calendar.
Schools will be able to register their teachers to participate as supporters of their students in the program.
Classes are hybrid with students from different schools.
Benefits of those who participate in the Careers of the Future program
For the students: In addition to all the knowledge that will be acquired by the participants, by doing all the activities proposed during the course, students receive an international certification from Full Sail University. The program takes place in a gamified format, where participants earn points that can be exchanged for digital gifts from Full Sail University!
For schools: Quality content, being offered live by a Full Sail University instructor, at no cost to the school or students. Weekly reports can be sent to the school with the performance of its students. The program can be offered internally as an elective or as an open course.
When does the Careers of the Future program take place?
- March 7th – Launch Call (5:00 to 5:50pm São Paulo time)
- April 25th – Production Launch Call (5:00 to 5:50pm São Paulo time)
- June 6th – Post Production Launch Call (5:00 to 5:50pm São Paulo time)
- June 20th – Wrap-up Call (5:00 to 5:50pm São Paulo time)
Students will have deadlines to meet each week and the deadline to receive certification is June 21, 2023, by the end of the day the wrap-up call takes place.
